Yes, you may provide your own Caterer, however, there is an insurance liability requirement that must be met. Please be advised we require liability insurance. All outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance demonstrating a Commercial General Liability policy with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000.00. Epic Events Center, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured on the policy for the event date. Please contact us for our specific insurance requirements.

Our TOTAL venue capacity is 297, encompassing all combined spaces. The main room can accommodate up to 200 seated guests with space for dancing. Unfortunately, outside alcohol is not permitted. We operate a licensed bar and provide all alcohol and bartender services for events.

When you rent our venue, you'll have access to the event space, along with tables, chairs, and standard linens in either black or white. A deposit of 20% of the rental fee is required, due within 7 days of contract signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
